No one election…No ONE president can or will turn this country around, get it back to its rightful exceptionalism or return the Constitutional Republic to the vision entrusted us by the founders and framers.
It will not take as little as 2 years…4 years…8 years…a decade or even a generation.
The hill we climb is nothing short of Everest and getting to the summit is just the first step in what will be a monumental battle.
As we approach the 2014 midterms and then, the 2016 presidential elections, we MUST, as conservatives, identify and elect those willing and ABLE to reign in government and return the power of the Republic back to it’s proper place.
We the People.
This is the goal of the Tea Party and why, in fact, we are so feared by the liberals and socialists from the hallowed halls of Washington DC to the street corners of liberal Meccas from sea to shining sea.
The “fundamental transformation” of these United States is what they’re after.
They no longer want a Constitutional Republic.
THEY want socialism or it’s evil twin, communism.
Big…BIG government under control of a ruling class of self-proclaimed “elites” and a collective, raising the children of village idiots subservient to and answerable only to…the government.
GOVERNMENT, they believe, makes the ONLY good decisions and why, should the PEOPLE, of all people, be allowed to run GOVERNMENT rather then THEIR nirvana of the GOVERNMENT ruling the PEOPLE…
Oh, the humanity.
Let’s be clear in a very important respect here.
The ONLY reason LIBERALS and SOCIALISTS will stoop to ANY LOW to win elections is NOT because of the LAWS their “elected” officials may pass or sign into law…
Oh no…That’s not it at all.
What THEY are MOST interested in is who their “elected” officials may APPOINT or CONFIRM into the positions of REAL anti-American, anti- Constitutional Republic positions!!!
Allow me to to explain using a very telling image making the rounds and provided by one Senator who…”GETS IT!!!”
Senator Mike Lee fired this image out via social media just a couple of days ago with a short explanation.
Inside that wooden case are the 80 some odd THOUSAND regulations enacted in the last year ALONE.
Yes…THAT is ONLY the 2013 crop of crap foisted upon We the People, as REGULATIONS.
Now then…THIS is VERY important…
All of those regulations…All of the regulations from years past and all yet to come…ALL of them are put into place and, WE must ALL live BY them or face endless prosecution for NOT living by them from BIG GOVERNMENT and, not one…NOT ONE OF THOSE REGULATIONS WAS PASSED INTO LAW BY CONGRESS!!!
However…
EVERY SINGLE REGULATION IN THE PAGES YOU SEE INSIDE THAT WOODEN CASE…ALL FROM THE DECADES BEFORE AND ALL YET TO COME…
HAVE BEEN ENACTED BY…BUREAUCRATS…
THOSE PEOPLE…APPOINTED AND/OR CONFIRMED TO THEIR POSITIONS BY THOSE WHO ARE ELECTED!!!
And this too, is very important…those regulations, NONE of which were passed by congress…BECOME THE LAWS OF THE LAND when SIGNED or should I say…RUBBER STAMPED…by a sitting president!!!

Now…Have you been wondering why so many doctors don’t want anything whatsoever to do with Obamacare?
BECAUSE…The REGULATIONS…ENACTED BY BUREAUCRATS…COMPRISE WHAT IS EQUAL TO ONE QUARTER OF WHAT YOU SEE IN THAT WOODEN CASE and, can you BLAME your doctor for NOT wanting to get caught up in THAT MESS???
Here’s a better question…Do you want YOUR DOCTOR spending his or her time memorizing 20 thousand REGULATIONS or…TREATING YOU and YOUR LOVED ONES???
I believe I know the answer.
All of this gives the president…REGARDLESS OF PARTY…POWER TO ENACT LAWS…WITH ABSOLUTELY NO INTERFERENCE OR COMPLIANCE FROM CONGRESS and believe me…they have ALL used it.TABLE by the GOP as well.
The GOP knows that the TEA PARTY is always looking to return the power TO the PEOPLE and that doesn’t sit well with the establishment GOP command and control.
THAT, I believe, is also why the Tea Party is held CONTEMPTIBLE by the ilk of Boehner, King, McCain and McConnell.
All of those regulations keep attorney’s in business too.
Think about the cost of doing business for a moment. It’s nearly to the point where you can’t make coffee in the break room without being in violation of some federal regulation but…Try BUILDING something these days and see what sort of flaming hoops you will be required to jump through.
YOU have to hire attorneys, paid for out of YOUR POCKET, to fight with GOVERNMENT attorneys, ALSO PAID FOR OUT OF YOUR TAXPAYER POCKET!!!
Even if you WIN…You lose.
Now…Take another look at Mike Lee’s 2013 wooden case full of regulations and ask yourself this question, with the full realization that when it comes to GOVERNMENT…Not only does the right hand have no idea what the left hand is doing but…the INDEX finger of EITHER hand has NO IDEA what the finger the government is giving to ALL of us is doing…
How many of those 80 thousand, 2013 federal regulations, contradict OTHER federal regulations while BOTH the original and conflicting federal regulations REMAIN on the books and, REMAIN THE “LAW OF THE LAND???”
I know your heads are spinning right about now…So is mine and as long as that’s the case, here’s a swirly for you.
Back in 2012…Obama made “RECESS” appointments to the NLRB.
That’s the National Labor “RELATIONS” Board.
If you were to replace the “R” in that acronym with “REGULATIONS” you would be accurate in their mission as the primary mission OF that board of APPOINTED BUREAUCRATS is to make up FEDERAL REGULATIONS to be enacted, by signature of a sitting president, to lord over private, independently owned businesses and, to make it EASIER for UNION BUSINESSES to operate.
Here’s one part of the problem…
Congress was NOT in RECESS when Obama MADE those…”RECESS” appointments and, since then, no fewer than 3 FEDERAL COURTS have ruled those appointments to be IN VIOLATION OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.
Now…It’s being heard by the UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT and, if history is any precedent, SCOTUS will NOT overrule 3 other FEDERAL COURTS that have ALL reached the exact same conclusion.
Now…The OTHER part of the problem…
Those ILLEGAL APPOINTEES have, since 2012…CREATED NEARLY 400 NEW FEDERAL REGULATIONS that have been SIGNED BY THIS SITTING PRESIDENT, BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA and, businesses from coast to coast have been forced to abide by them at the cost of HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS…POSSIBLY HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, not to mention those who may well have been forced OUT of business DUE to those ILLEGALLY CONCOCTED FEDERAL REGULATIONS!!!
What, exactly are those businesses affected negatively by those hundreds of regulations to do should the SCOTUS find the NLRB appointments null and void?
And you wondered why Harry Reid enacted the nuclear option where it comes to appointments?
BECAUSE, HE KNOWS THOSE APPOINTMENTS WERE ILLEGAL AND THAT REPUBLICANS WOULD SEEK NOT TO GREEN LIGHT THEM SHOULD THEY BE REAPPOINTED but…needing only 51 votes in the senate rather than 60…REID CAN RUBBER STAMP THE REAPPOINTMENT OF THE VERY SAME PEOPLE.
And, since federal regulations are not voted upon by congress…Obama can simply rubber stamp all those hundreds of resubmitted regulations.
WHO WINS???
We the People???
Clearly not.
BIG GOVERNMENT…Those who would rule OVER the people rather than a government OF…BY and FOR the people…THAT’S who wins.
Finally…Remember all the gnashing of liberal and socialist teeth over that 16 day, 17% shutdown of the federal government last fall? Remember how Harry and Nancy whined and moaned that congress was being prevented from “DOING THE BUSINESS OF THE PEOPLE” during that whole episode?

See that tiny little stack of paper atop the wooden case? Look hard…It’s there on the right…Perched above the 80 thousand federal regulations enacted in 2013.
Yes…THAT little stack.
THAT is the entire collection of congress “doing the business of the people” from 2013.
That little stack is, lock stock and barrel…ALL THE LAWS…VOTED ON AND PASSED…BY CONGRESS…IN 2013!!!
Now then…Ask yourselves this…
When it comes to the government spending your tax dollars…which of the 2 stacks do YOU think comprise the VAST bulk of Obama’s trillion dollar plus budget?
If you guessed the stack on top…You’re just not paying attention and, probably shouldn’t be voting.
For those who ARE paying attention…Imagine electing CONSERVATIVES, who might just author a LAW making it a REQUIREMENT, that EACH AND EVERY FEDERAL REGULATION, CONCOCTED BY APPOINTED BUREAUCRATS…BE SUBJECT TO A VOTE IN CONGRESS BEFORE IT GOES TO THE OVAL OFFICE!!!
Judging by the disparity between the stack on TOP of Mike Lee’s case of regulations and those IN the case…I’d say congress has more than enough time on their hands to “DO THE BUSINESS OF THE PEOPLE” AND RELIEVE US of the REGULATION NATION!!!
